Sometimes it’s best to not think clarity is the highest honor a honey can have. I disagree. Michigan Bee Co. makes a honey that has a granular. I like to think of them as tiny flavor crystals. It’s not easily poured from the jar, but if you have the task of spooning it out, claim the right to licking the spoon.
