Kiribati is intentionally sparse in this seed. Its low coral atolls have severe soil, freshwater and land constraints, and the government's 2022–2026 Agriculture Action Framework focuses heavily on coconut, pigs, poultry, food crops, water and climate resilience. That framework contains no beekeeping reference, and this research pass did not establish a current commercial honey sector, named active Producer, managed Bee population or defensible Honey Region. HC therefore records the research gap instead of assuming that tropical flowering plants imply a honey industry.
