Country
Bahrain
Bahrain has a real but compact honey culture operating under extreme heat and limited forage. Current reporting centers on small and family apiaries rather than a well-defined national terroir. Spring and autumn harvests use different flowering cycles, while 2026 reporting also highlights a small summer mangrove-honey tradition. Hamada Bee is the clearest long-running Producer lead, with farm operations documented across multiple years. The strongest rule for Atlas here is restraint: Budaiya, Saar and mangrove sites are useful production/research geographies, but this pass did not establish a defensible hc_honey_region or a current official national hive/production census.
