Long before Honey Chronicles existed, a bright yellow bottle sitting quietly on grocery store shelves throughout Michigan carried a simple invitation: “Call Larry.”
That invitation reflected the spirit behind Hasselman’s Honey. Founded by Larry Hasselman after a hobby “got out of hand,” the company became known not only for carefully produced Michigan honey, but for mentoring generations of beekeepers and welcoming visitors into its Honey House.
Today, that tradition continues through Great Lakes Bee Company, preserving both the methods and the philosophy that made Hasselman’s Honey a Michigan favorite for more than five decades.
