About this honey

Clarity isn't always the highest honor a honey can have. I'm not sure if that opinion will get me into trouble in certain circles, but it's out there. I said it.

Michigan Bee Co. makes a honey that has a granular crystals. I like to think of them as tiny flavor crystals. It's not easily poured from the jar, but if you have the task of spooning it out, claim the right to licking the spoon.

Or even better, just enjoy a pure teaspoon of this honey by itself to enjoy the perceived decadence.
